Pandora Jewelry

Pandora jewelry was first created in 1992 in the capital Copenhagen of the Scandinavian country Denmark. However, it wasn’t until 1999 that the brand really took of with the launch of its Pandora bracelets alongside charm and bead collections. In 1994 Pandora moved their production facility to the Asian country, Thailand, purely to keep up with the huge demand for the product and to ensure tight quality control.

In 2006 Pandora opened up their first overseas concept store in the Northern German city of Hamburg, famous for its wealthy habitants and Alster lakes. Since then they have opened concept stores in over 20 countries including the USA, Germany, Switzerland, Australia and Great Britain.

The concept is simple yet brilliant. Pandora created a range of basic bracelets in silver, gold, leather, cotton and oxidised, and then created over 800 unique beads, charms and spacers that owners can thread on to their bracelet. The charms are made from silver, gold, murano glass and wood and some even feature precious stones. Within the different materials they are letter, zodiac, animal and love beads which are all highly popular. This means that pretty much every Pandora bracelet is unique to its owner, with personal memories and occasions tied into the product.

Alongside the range of Pandora jewelry and bracelets, they also produce earrings, pendants and necklaces and have recently launched a Liquid Silver range of jewelry that is proving to be highly popular.
